Terry Carroll joins Broadhead Peel Rhodes to head up Corporate Finance

After a highly successful career as FD and CEO of a range of businesses, Terry Carroll has returned to Yorkshire to head up Corporate Finance and Advisory services for Broadhead Peel Rhodes (BPR).

As part of its goal to be the strongest independent accounting firm in Yorkshire, BPR is widening its service offering to business clients. Including recent arrival John Halstead, former FD of Appleyard Group, this covers the full range of financial, advisory, accounting and compliance services for any business.

Terry was also for some years a business and financial consultant, working especially with SMEs and growing businesses. A qualified banker and Chartered Accountant who trained with KPMG, he has experience of many different corporate finance projects, including banking, financing, business restructure, mergers and acquisitions, MBO/MBI, venture and private capital.
